Volt Solutions LLC, operating as VLTG Media Group ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications and services, including Peps AI.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Authentication credentials (managed securely via third-party providers)

Health & Wellness Data

With your explicit consent, Peps AI collects:

• Peptide dose logs (type, dosage, timing, injection site)
• Body measurements and weight data
• Food scan results and nutritional information
• Apple HealthKit data (weight, body fat percentage, and other metrics you choose to share)

Usage Data

• App interaction events and feature usage
• Device type, OS version, and app version
• Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored using a combination of:

• Cloud storage: Account data, dose logs, and synced information are stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies.
• Device-local storage: Certain preferences, cached data, and HealthKit integrations remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly sync them.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve our apps:

• Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and backend infrastructure
• RevenueCat — Subscription management and payment processing
• PostHog — Product analytics to understand how features are used
• AppsFlyer — Attribution and marketing analytics
• Apple HealthKit — Health data integration (read/write with your permission)

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Personalize your experience within the app
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Send important service notifications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve features
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information or health data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Access & Portability

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide this in a machine-readable format within 30 days of your request.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Correction

You may update or correct your personal information through the app settings or by contacting us directly.

Export

You can export your dose history and health data from within the app at any time.

6. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Our legal basis for processing your data includes: your consent (for health data), performance of a contract (for account services), and legitimate interests (for analytics and service improvement).

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
